We are a VETERINARY OPHTHALMOLOGY PRACTICE located in beautiful Kelowna, BC and we have an opening for a Full Time Registered Veterinary Technologist.
No special training is required – we will provide all the training you need and are open to mentoring a new graduate.
Our clinic is a family-owned, one ophthalmologist practice with a laid-back atmosphere located on a private 15-acre lot.
Business hours are typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday. We strive for a good work-life balance for our team
We offer a very competitive hourly rate ($28 – $36 per hour) based on experience and hours worked, as well as a benefits package, paid lunches, RVT association dues paid, uniform allowance, and CE compensation.
Duties include a mix of appointments, anaesthesia, surgical and treatment duties in our fully-outfitted ophthalmology hospital. We are a referral practice only and as such do not have in-house blood or x-rays. We are a tight team and a family-focused practice with patient care and client service being of utmost importance.
