Without the right knowledge and tools, stress can build up, leaving us depleted, reactive, or disconnected. In this one-hour session, we’ll break down what stress is, how it moves through the body, and why it can get stuck. Most importantly, you’ll learn simple, accessible ways to complete the stress cycle, even during a busy shift, so you can restore your energy in real time.
